We noticed that the web page said " He is also an award winning poet, playwright, actor, and former World Champion of Blind Judo." It also stated " He accomplished all of this after being shot and blinded by a stranger in a bar in Hollywood, at age 23. Originally an aspiring visual artist, Lynn turned his creative energies toward the literary arts. He now paints with words. He accomplished all of this after being shot and blinded at age 23." The header had Poet as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by Playwright, Actor, and Black which isn't as ranked as highly as Poet. The next words the site uses is Blind. Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Spending time on facebook I see folks struggling right now with colds, flu, and the blues. I am writing this as a template for how I deflect depression in hope something in it might prove helpful. Many of these tactics were tried in my darkest hours and they were so effective I added them to my arsenal. Even if an exact implement I use might seem unweildy, perhaps just documenting it will suggest something to try.
